Warranty Control & Procedures
Customers must be able to present receipt to claim warranty, otherwise service charges would apply.
A diagnosis of the product will be done by CBTL™ technicians or team members in any of its accredited Service Centers.
Units that are repairable by basic troubleshooting can be claimed on the day itself or the following day.
Units that are found to have damage with the internal system will be tagged for further diagnosis and repair by the CBTL™ technicians. While the machine is being repaired, a service unit will be provided to the customer for temporary use.
Repairs will be completed within 7 (seven) working days. After which, the unit will be transmitted back to the Service Center where it was dropped off by the customer. Upon claiming of the machine, the service unit must be surrendered as well.
Note: Warranty will only cover parts for factory-caused defects. Damages due to misuse and mishandling of customer will be repaired with additional costs.
Repairs Outside Warranty Period
A service fee of PHP 600 will be charged for all machine repairs. This applies to machines that require repairs beyond the basic troubleshooting of the CBTL™ technicians.
Additional charges will apply for parts replacement.
